Frankie Bridge is taking on a 100-mile desert expedition in aid of Sport Relief.
Frankie will attempt to traverse the Namib desert in Namibia by foot, bike and ski to reach a shipwreck on the notoriously dangerous Skeleton Coast. The trek will also be made into a one hour documentary for BBC One.
In February 2020, Frankie will join BBC Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw, broadcaster Louise Minchin, TV barrister and presenter Rob Rinder, actress Samantha Womack, journalist and C4 broadcaster Krishnan Guru-Murthy and CBBC presenter Karim Zeroual to take on the highest natural sand dunes on earth and encounter deadly desert wildlife.
All money raised will go towards life changing mental health services as well as helping many other Sport Relief funded projects in the UK and around the world.
