The Testaments wins Best Translated Fiction Prix Babelio 2020

The Testaments has been voted this year's Best Translated Fiction by the users of Babelio the French equivalent of Goodreads, in their second annual awards, saying 'Margaret Atwood's dystopian masterpiece has become a contemporary classic.. showing inner workings of Gilead with breathless suspense, alertness of mind and creative virtuosity.'

The longlist for the Prix Babelio 2020 featured a number of Curtis Brown authors; The Giver of Stars by Jojo Moyes and Those Who Are Loved by Victoria Hislop joined The Testaments in the translated fiction category with WICCA by Marie Alhinho longlisted in the middle grade category while Et Le Desert Disparaitra by Marie Pavlenko is longlisted in the young adult category.
