Office Assistant, Talent Department (12 month contract)

We're looking for an Office Assistant to join a small team of two Agents and two Agent Assistants in our Talent Department. This is a 12 month, fixed-term contract. 

We’re looking for excellent administrative and organisational skills including experience of using Microsoft packages. You should be comfortable using various Social Media. This role covers general admin duties and diary management for the Agents. You must have at least a year’s previous office experience, preferably gained in an arts environment. 

You will be joining a lively and busy team who look after high profile clients - you should have the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision. You also need to be able to remain calm and focused when under pressure.​ This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, confident and proactive individual to learn about the world of agenting.

Production Coordinator, Fane Productions Ltd

One of our sister companies, Fane Productions, is looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive individual to join their rapidly expanding and vibrant team as a Production Coordinator.  

Fane Productions is a leading live events producer and promoter of bespoke
shows with diverse clients at the top of their profession. Events are a mixture of one-off events, touring productions, or part of a programmed short season at various partner venues. Fane Productions also programmes year-round at the Crazy Coqs venue in Brasserie Zédel, Piccadilly.

The main responsibilities in this role are: 

  • to help deliver high quality productions and tours, ensuring the highest levels of customer care;
  • to assist the team with practical and administrative support, maintaining systems to ensure the office runs smoothly; and,
  • to help coordinate all aspects of live events & touring shows – including production, marketing, logistics & tech.

The ideal candidate for this role will have over a year’s previous experience of producing or promoting live events, or of working with a venue or festival. Alternatively, they may have a publishing or talent agency background. Fane Productions are looking for someone with a passion for culture who can build on their existing knowledge and network of contacts and further develop their interests across literary and multiple art forms to help plan, implement and manage a diverse and high-quality range of productions.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential for this role, including experience of using Microsoft packages and preferably Sylius and Mailchimp software.
