Assistant to Two Agents, Talent Department (Actors)

We’re looking for an assistant to support two busy Actors’ Agents.  You will be providing dedicated client care to an impressive list of clients and working closely with the agents you’re supporting. This is a great opportunity to learn first-hand about the world of agenting.

This job requires excellent communication and administrative skills.  You must be a clear and confident communicator - a good telephone manner is essential in this role. You also need to be an efficient and organised multi-tasker, able to prioritise tasks across a varied workload. You must have previous experience of working in an office and it would be useful if you have previous work experience within the creative industry, e.g. a talent agency or casting agency.

You will be required to quickly gain excellent knowledge of clients’ work – watching shows films and attending theatre/screenings.  We need you to have a passion for and knowledge of the industry - across film, theatre and television!
