Team Assistant - CUBA Pictures Limited 

CUBA Pictures is the film and television production arm of the Curtis Brown agency and they are looking for an assistant to join their busy team. They need someone well-organised with excellent interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner. Candidates should also have some previous experience of working in an office. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for a bright, committed and enthusiastic individual with who wants to learn more about the industry. 

You should be meticulous about detail and calm under pressure. This busy role requires very good communication skills and the ability to think creatively - you’ll need to use your initiative, tact and discretion. It goes without saying that we expect you to have a keen interest in the film and TV industry!

Artistic Programmer - Fane Productions Limited

Fane Productions  is looking for an experienced, creative and proactive individual to join our expanding and vibrant team as Artistic Programmer. 

Main duties are:
•    To coordinate, develop and action a programming plan for Live at Zédel (Crazy Coqs) an 80-seat cabaret venue within the Brasserie Zédel complex in London's West End;   and

•    To programme content at other venues and festivals through Fane Productions’ relationships.

The eclectic programme at Live at Zédel includes everything from jazz to comedy, cabaret, music theatre, theatre, spoken-word, classical music - and everything in between! Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative position within one of these fields. We’re looking for someone who can build on their existing network of contacts and further develop their interest across multiple art forms to help plan and implement a diverse and high-quality programme in line with Fane Productions’ artistic vision.

About Fane Productions: We’re a member of the Original Talent Limited family of companies and we’re based on Haymarket in the West End of London alongside our sister companies Curtis Brown Literary and Talent Agency, CUBA Pictures Limited, Curtis Brown Creative Writing School and C+W Literary Agency. 

Fane Productions have two principal areas of business:

• Representing artists from multiple disciplines and producing shows/events for their live work both in London and on tour nationally/internationally, including the likes of John le Carré, Margaret Atwood, Grayson Perry, Gareth Malone and Sir Michael Parkinson.
• Programming and producing 800 shows a year at Crazy Coqs. Crazy Coqs is one of London’s most unique performance spaces and a creative hub in the heart of London’s Soho beloved by audiences and artists alike.

Agent's Assistant - Vacancies in our Talent Department (DEADLINE EXTENDED)

We’re nearing the end of our search for organised, energetic and bright people to join our Talent Department and work for Actors' Agents.

You must have office experience and it would useful, but not essential, if you have some experience of working in a talent, casting or advertising agency.

The position of Agent's Assistant requires excellent administrative and multi-tasking skills, and candidates should be happy to work as part of a team.  We need friendly, engaging people with first class communication skills – you should have a great phone manner because you’ll be speaking to clients and industry professionals on a regular basis.  We need people who are scrupulous about detail and can help maintain systems to help the Agents’ offices run smoothly. We want to find people who are able to use tact and discretion – and be able to stay calm and in control when working under pressure.
